Summary

Responsible for managing assigned key accounts (Clubes - Costco, Sam's, etc.), delivering profitable growth through execution of customer plans, promotional strategies, assortment management, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day customer relationships and execution of commercial plans.
  • Track and analyze weekly sales performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and action plans.
  • Monitor key business KPIs, including sales, volume, velocity, distribution, inventory, and service levels.
  • Lead demand and forecast planning in collaboration with Demand Planning and Supply Chain teams.
  • Monitor product availability and supply KPIs across the full portfolio, proactively addressing potential gaps.
  • Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) aligned with customer and company growth priorities.
  • Prepare Business Reviews, Top-to-Top meetings, and customer presentations.
  • Support the development and execution of customer commercial strategy, including assortment, pricing, promotions, and distribution.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Category, and Operations to ensure execution.
  • Identify growth opportunities and build recommendations based on customer and market insights.
  • Ensure compliance with commercial policies and customer commitments.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess execution, pricing, competitive activity, and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of FMCG/CPG sales experience, preferably managing key accounts.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with solid understanding of key sales KPIs, P&L and profitability.
  • Strong negotiation, customer management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and fluent English
