The Sales Regional Manager GUADALAJARA plays an expert role model in the Chobani Sales Team.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Lead implementation of Gold Standard Execution, present the progress of its records, and address their recommendations for improvement.
- Make random/frequent visits to stores in their sales region, to guarantee a disciplined in-call process and correct selling activities by their team (Chobani ambassadors + Chobani retail supervisors)
- Establish a relationship with Districts Managers to establish agreements to accelerate sales.
- Coordinate internal resources to increase sales, as well as communicate to the sales force their allocation, and lead their implementation in a timely manner based on the company's strategies.
- Provide feedback to the Demand Sales Team (visibility of the Market, initiatives/impact of competitors)
- Responsible for the Monthly Sales Plan of its territory and presents sales progress on a weekly basis to its extended team and to the Retail Leader
- Develop sales strategies that challenge the Status Quo of the category.
- Able to guide and influence their sales team in achieving their Sales Goals, supported by the training available at Chobani College
- Develop and train their direct team of supervisors to develop Sales Leaders
- Recruit and train the supervisors and Ambassadors team into an engaged team, with clear execution targets and Greek yogurt segment understanding.
- The scope of this position includes +200 stores, Complex Geography: +4 cities, +3 Sales Executives, and +35 Chobani ambassadors.
ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSABILITIES
- Provide feedback to the Sales Demand team, from Chobani initiatives at stores to initiatives and the impact of competitors’ activities.
- Ensure correct use of Chobani tools (Sampling, materials, others)
- 70% of their time is in-store, the rest in administrative responsibilities.
- A Workday must be shared with Supervisor and Ambassador.
- Availability to travel in case it applies to their route.
The KPIs of this position include:
- Coverage of sales Plan of their territory
- Gold Standard Execution Index
Through Operational Discipline, the basic indicators that provide the Physical Availability of every store will be guaranteed. Updated Inventories, Out-of-Stock, Additional Exhibition, Faces (share of Shelf), Swell, Inventory Rotation, and provide feedback on activities to retail leader and demand sales team.

Supervisor/Ambassador’s Engagement: min 4 (from 0-5 scale). Follow-up to Impact Plan: ECO FOLLOW TRHU. Turnover max 14% on total headcount. 100% of Accreditation of Onboarding and Chobani College curricula of all its ambassador’s team
Requirements

- Education: career – Minimum Required
- Excellent personal image, excellent oral and written communication.
The Experience for this position includes:
- 4 years – of proven experience in Sales Execution / Sales Operations
- 4 years – Experience in massive consumer companies (in sales area)
- Strong numerical ability to manage sales plan progress.
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

The salary range for this full-time position is $638,598.00 - $1,003,511.30, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
