Summary

The Business Transformation Analyst will play a key role in improving the operational and financial performance of Chobani’s manufacturing and supply chain network. This position will work closely with business leaders, plant teams, and cross-functional partners to identify opportunities, analyze performance, support strategic initiatives, and help drive transformation across operations.
This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, action-oriented, and comfortable working across functions to solve problems, improve processes, and support execution. The Business Transformation Analyst will help turn data into insights, insights into opportunities, and opportunities into measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

Insights & Analytics

  • Provide analytical support and business insights to leaders to support decision-making and identify performance improvement opportunities.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and areas of opportunity.
  • Develop analyses, dashboards, and reporting tools that improve visibility into performance and support action-oriented decision-making.
  • Translate complex data into clear findings and practical recommendations for business and operational stakeholders.

Business Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and systems across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
  • Support process transformation efforts aimed at improving efficiency, effectiveness, and overall business performance.
  • Partner with stakeholders to document current-state processes, identify pain points, and help design improved ways of working.
  • Assist in building sustainable processes and operating rhythms that enable consistent execution and continuous improvement.

Productivity & Value Creation

  • Identify, size, and help prioritize cost-saving, productivity, and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct data analysis and business case development to assess ROI, impact, and feasibility of initiatives.
  • Support execution of initiatives designed to improve productivity, reduce waste, and drive measurable value across the business.
  • Track initiative performance and help ensure expected benefits are realized.

Performance Measurement & Reporting

  • Help define and track KPIs that measure project progress, operational performance, and transformation impact.
  • Build and maintain reporting tools and scorecards to monitor results and support follow-through.
  • Ensure data and metrics are structured in a way that helps teams understand performance and take action.
  • Support regular business reviews by preparing analysis, performance updates, and project tracking materials.

Cross-Functional Program Support

  • Partner with operational leaders and cross-functional teams to support planning and execution of transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate workstreams, track milestones, surface risks, and help maintain momentum across multiple projects.
  • Support change management efforts to improve adoption, sustain results, and embed improvements into daily operations.
  • Work across functions including operations, supply chain, finance, IT, HR, and commercial teams to support business priorities.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, transformation, operations, supply chain, finance, consulting, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting business process improvement, operational initiatives, or transformation programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, identify root causes, and generate practical recommendations.
  • Experience with financial analysis, KPI development, reporting, or business case modeling.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of curiosity, ownership, and follow-through.
  • Ability to connect operational metrics and process performance to broader business outcomes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multiple business functions.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and multiple workstreams.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with analytics or visualization tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methods or tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar approaches is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or other complex operating environments.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional transformation or performance improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with operational and financial performance metrics.
  • Experience building dashboards, scorecards, or management reporting tools.
  • Exposure to project management, program coordination, or change management practices.
  • Experience working with frontline operators and business leaders in execution-focused environments.

The salary range for this full-time position is $60,500.00 - $113,500.00, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
