Summary

This role helps lead Chobani’s manufacturing and operations financial activities while working towards performance targets including cost, efficiency and working capital metrics. Through analysis and recommendations, this role is key to driving and improving performance, implementation of standard processes and strengthening of financial internal controls. The Supply Chain Finance Manager will help us craft strategic decisions, not only for supply chain activities but across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the consolidation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial forecasts and results specifically related to Cost of Goods Sold.
  • Create and update templates, models, and reports utilized for Supply Chain financial planning as well as company level presentations to the CFO, CEO, and Leadership Team.
  • Coordinate planning timelines and deliverables across various business units.
  • Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to guide strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate and lead meetings to review key initiatives and priorities with various members and groups within the Supply Chain organization.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Procurement to identify cost savings opportunities.
  • Provide financial reporting and accounting support to finance teams located at the manufacturing facilities.
  • Perform core financial month-end tasks including journal entries, data and variance analysis, metric tracking and reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain capital expenditure reports.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of planning/consolidation systems.
  • Assist with updates/upgrades of SAP ERP system.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of broad financial experience with 2-3 years in a supply chain finance role within manufacturing or CPG
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business required
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of general accounting principles and cost accounting in areas of Factory costing, Contract Manufacturing, Logistics, Inventory and Procurement
  • Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to identify, act and implement ideas that drive continuous improvement
  • Ability to present concepts, recommendations, and analyses to senior management in a clear, concise and actionable manner; advanced MS Excel / Power Point skills required
  • Able to balance multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
  • Works independently with limited supervision
  • Working knowledge of SAP, Power BI and other dashboarding tools preferred

The salary range for this full-time position is $95,000.00 - $178,500.00, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
