Summary

Daily Harvest is looking for an Associate Brand Manager to be the boots-on-the-ground driver of our brand's most visible, culturally relevant work. This role sits at the intersection of social media, influencer marketing, and brand activations, and is central to bringing Daily Harvest to life for our customers every day.

We're looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-obsessed, and genuinely excited by culture, community, and the marketing that connects brands to people. You'll be responsible for keeping the wheels turning across social content, creator relationships, and live brand moments, ensuring everything goes out on time, on brand, and with purpose.

Reporting to the Brand Director, this person will collaborate closely with our creative team, agency partners, and influencer community to make sure Daily Harvest shows up consistently and compellingly across every consumer-facing touchpoint.

Responsibilities

Social Media
You'll be the day-to-day owner of Daily Harvest's social presence, keeping our channels fresh, on-brand, and strategically aligned.
●    Own the social content calendar, planning content across channels in alignment with brand priorities, evergreen content needs, and campaign moments
●    Brief the creative team on asset needs for social, writing clear, detailed briefs that reflect platform context, campaign goals, and brand voice
●    Brief and coordinate with content creators to produce platform-native content that resonates with our audience
●    Utilize tools like Nectar to monitor content performance, community engagement, and brand opportunities through social listening and AI
Influencer Marketing
You'll manage the inputs for our influencer program, identifying partners, facilitating content, and managing contracts.
●    Manage relationships with influencers and creator partners on an ongoing basis, serving as their primary point of contact at Daily Harvest
●    Brief influencers on campaigns and partnership deliverables, ensuring they have everything they need to create great content
●    Oversee contracting and payment processes in partnership with legal and finance teams
●    Track deliverables, usage rights, and posting schedules to ensure all commitments are fulfilled
●    Help identify new creator partners that align with Daily Harvest's brand values and target audience
●    Maintain an organized system for tracking influencer performance and partnership history

Brand Activations
You will work alongside agency and contractor partners to bring future Daily Harvest activations to life.
●    Support the planning and execution of brand activations and experiential moments (frequency will be selective but high-impact)
●    Serve as an on-site point of contact to ensure events are executed flawlessly and reflect the brand
●    Recap activations with learnings and recommendations to inform future programming

●    Daily Harvest's social channels are well-organized, consistently updated, and performing against goals
●    Influencer partnerships run smoothly: briefs are clear, content goes live on time, and relationships feel valued
●    Brand activations are executed cleanly, with strong attention to detail and positive team and partner feedback
●    The creative team and agency partners have everything they need, when they need it
●    Leadership has confidence that the day-to-day execution of brand activity is in good hands

Requirements

●    3+ years of experience in brand marketing, social media, influencer marketing, or a related field, ideally within food, wellness, or consumer goods
●    Demonstrated experience managing social content calendars and briefing creative assets for social channels
●    Hands-on experience with influencer marketing, including briefing, relationship management, contracting, and tracking deliverables
●    Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented. A strong written communicator who can write clear, concise briefs and professional, partner-facing communications
●    Excited by cultural trends and genuinely interested in the creators, trends, and platforms shaping the consumer landscape
●    Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously without letting anything slip
●    Based in New York City or able to commit to 3 days per week in our NYC office

The salary range for this full-time position is $82,500.00 - $129,800.00, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
