Summary

As a Junior Digital Producer, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of digital creative work across campaigns, social, web, and e-commerce. You’ll partner closely with Creative, Strategy, and Marketing teams to help keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving smoothly from brief to launch.
This is an ideal role for someone early in their production career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to learn how great creative gets made..

Responsibilities

•    Support end-to-end production of digital projects including social content, web updates, e-commerce assets, and campaign deliverables
•    Assist in building timelines, project plans, and task trackers to ensure on-time delivery
•    Coordinate with Designers, Writers, and Creative Leads to gather assets and keep workstreams moving
•    Manage day-to-day project logistics including status updates, file organization, and meeting notes
•    Help route work for review and approvals, ensuring feedback is captured and implemented accurately
•    Track deliverables and maintain documentation across multiple concurrent projects
•    Partner with external vendors and freelancers as needed to support production
•    Ensure assets meet specs and platform requirements prior to delivery
•    Flag risks, blockers, or timeline shifts proactively
•    Maintain digital best practices and uphold Chobani’s brand standards

Requirements

•    1-3 years of experience in production, project management, or creative operations (agency or in-house preferred)
•    Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
•    Excellent communication and collaboration skills
•    Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
•    Familiarity with digital asset specs across social, web, and e-commerce platforms
•    Comfortable working in project management tools (Asana, Airtable, Monday, or similar)
•    Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
•    Passion for creative work and learning how great ideas come to life

The salary range for this full-time position is $67,000.00 - $105,600.00, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
