Summary

Our Commercial Capabilities team is looking for a curious, driven intern to support the rollout of innovative tools and platforms that empower our field teams and enhance retail execution. This internship offers hands-on experience in system implementation, data interpretation, and performance reporting—ideal for someone eager to learn, collaborate, and make a real impact in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the rollout of new commercial technology platforms by assisting with system setup, user onboarding, and documentation of key processes.
  • Collaborate with Data & Analytics team members to ensure smooth implementation and integration of tools that enhance field execution and retail insights.
  • Help process and interpret new data streams to generate actionable insights for the commercial team, focusing on improving sales coverage and merchandising effectiveness.
  • Assist in testing and validating technology solutions to ensure functionality aligns with business needs and user experience expectations.
  • Contribute to reporting and visualization efforts by helping build dashboards or summaries that communicate performance metrics and rollout impact.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support the generation of actionable insights for commercial teams.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with data platforms, dashboards, or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL) is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Comfortable translating technical concepts into clear, concise updates for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Project Support: Experience or interest in supporting technology implementations, including documentation, testing, and user feedback collection.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Willingness to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions during rollout and integration phases.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with both technical and commercial teams, contributing to a shared understanding of goals and outcomes.
  • Curiosity & Learning Orientation: Eagerness to learn new tools, systems, and business processes in a fast-paced environment.
