Summary

Chobani is looking for a Data Analytics Associate to join our Enterprise Data Analytics team. This early-career role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with 0–2 years of experience who are passionate about turning data into insights, building scalable analytics solutions, and supporting business decision-making.
In this role, you will partner with analysts, data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to design and deliver data solutions that drive impact across the company. You’ll gain exposure to the full analytics lifecycle—from data preparation and reporting to automation, dashboarding, and even operationalizing machine learning models.
This is a hands-on opportunity with room to grow into advanced analytics, data engineering, or machine learning pathways.
 

Responsibilities

Analytics & Insights

  • Support data analysis to provide actionable insights for business teams.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that inform decision-making.
  • Help validate data quality, ensuring accuracy and consistency across analytics outputs.

Data Engineering & Infrastructure

  • Work with structured and unstructured data to build efficient, reliable pipelines.
  • Contribute to cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and tools (Databricks, Snowflake).
  • Support automation of data workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.

Modeling & Advanced Analytics

  • Collaborate with data scientists to help productionize machine learning models.
  • Assist in building pipelines for training, testing, deployment, and monitoring of models.
  • Learn and contribute to best practices in MLOps and model lifecycle management.

Collaboration & Growth

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytics solutions.
  • Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of modern data tools, analytics best practices, and applied ML.
     

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in data analytics, data engineering, or machine learning (academic projects and internships welcome).

Technical Skills

  • Strong foundation in SQL and Python for data analysis.
  • Experience with BI/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) a plus.
  • Exposure to ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch) preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake).
  • Understanding of version control (Git) and basic data engineering concepts.

Soft Skills

  • Analytical problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Clear communicator with ability to explain findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in data analytics and applied machine learning.

Compensation Range: $70,000.00 - $105,000.00, plus bonus.
