Summary
The Director, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging will guide our company-wide diversity and inclusion strategy, initiatives, programs, and partnerships. You will be a strategic partner, and leader for Diversity at Chobani by applying your deep expertise and by keeping your finger on the pulse of industry best practices, benchmarks, and the latest DEIB approaches. You will be a critical partner to our Leadership Team, People Team and all employees at Chobani.
Responsibilities
- Develops and drives the implementation of Chobani’s DEIB strategy, including the integration of DEIB into core people and business processes along the employee lifecycle with a strong early emphasis on recruiting and including learning and development, performance management and succession
- Partners with the People Leadership Team to create impact through DEIB metrics and track progress toward goals
- Partners across the organization to launch employer brand, recruitment marketing, recruiting, and retention initiatives that allow everyone to increase and retain underrepresented employees across the company
- Listens and integrates the voices of Chobani Circles (Employee Resource Groups) into the overall DEIB strategy and use their power of connection, community, and engagement to enhance outcomes
- Provides oversight to relationships with external communities and organizations that are driving toward meaningful social change through leadership development
- Leads and consults internally and externally on broader issues that impact communities of color and other underrepresented communities to support effective and innovative solutions that achieve meaningful results within all verticals of the business
Requirements
- 15+ years of work experience, including people management, with at least 5 years of DEIB experience
- Demonstrated experience developing a vision, translating it into an executable strategy and tangible goals, and driving adjacent teams to accomplish the plan
- Experience successfully facilitating company-level initiatives with and across the senior leadership teams
- Experienced in interpreting data and analytics to develop insights, tell stories, guide decisions, and measure impact
- Expertise in communicating internally to a broad set of stakeholders and employees including hourly employees

Compensation Range: $128,000.00 - $192,000.00, plus bonus.
