Summary
La Colombe is hiring a strategic leader to own the roasted coffee product portfolio. This role will lead innovation, performance tracking, and cross-channel alignment for roasted formats, ensuring La Colombe’s offerings remain best-in-class across retail, café, and e-commerce.
Responsibilities
- Portfolio Ownership: Lead strategy and execution for all roasted coffee product including packaging updates and sales support
- Innovation Leadership: Develop and manage the innovation pipeline for roasted formats, from concept to launch
- Channel Coordination: Ensure alignment across all channels (retail, café, e-commerce) for product launches, pricing, and positioning
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze product performance, using insights to refine strategy and drive growth
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, marketing, sales, and operations to bring products to market effectively
- Partner on Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with each of the business unit leads on go to market while developing clear, concise, and compelling product positioning and messaging tailored to specific customer segments
- Pricing: Own and develop pricing that is cohesive across all channels
- Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the tools and resources they need to effectively sell the product, including sales decks, training materials, and competitive intelligence
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze the performance of the various products. Use data and KPIs to adjust strategies and optimize future offerings
- Customer Advocacy: Build and foster relationships with customers to enhance product offerings and roadmap
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in product strategy or brand management, preferably in CPG or within the café space
- Strong understanding of coffee or beverage categories a plus
- Excellent project management and communication skills

Compensation Range: $148,000.00 - $222,000.00, plus bonus.
