Summary
The Director of Program Management plays a pivotal role in driving Marketing Operations by overseeing the end-to-end management of marketing processes—ensuring seamless execution, cross-functional collaboration, and operational efficiency. This role is the connector, the glue that enables marketing efforts to run efficiently, linking together Innovation, New Product Development, Brand Marketing, Frontline Marketing, Creative, Shopper, and beyond.
Partnering closely with General Managers, this role helps operationalize their plans and deliver success across the portfolio.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of marketing workflows, creative production, and resource management and can optimize processes to increase speed-to-market, improve cross-functional communication, and drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Process Management
- Develop and optimize end-to-end marketing workflows, ensuring seamless integration from strategy to execution.
- Establish best-in-class marketing operations processes that enable speed, efficiency, and quality across all marketing channels.
- Oversee briefing, project planning, creative development, design, production, activation, and post-campaign analysis.
- Implement governance, tools, and frameworks to improve resource allocation, capacity planning, and cross-functional communication.
- Partner with key stakeholders to streamline workflows, remove bottlenecks, and enhance collaboration.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the connector between teams, ensuring alignment between Innovation, New Product Development, Brand Marketing, Frontline Marketing, Shopper Marketing, and Creative.
- Work closely with media, finance, legal, and external agencies to integrate marketing efforts seamlessly.
- Bridge the gap between creative and media, ensuring campaign execution aligns with strategy and business objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and optimize the marketing operations ecosystem.
Studio & Production Management
- Liase with Content Studio team consisting of production artists, retouchers, editors, and motion graphic artists to deliver high-quality creative assets.
- Manage the shopper production pipeline, ensuring alignment with retail and shopper marketing strategies.
- Oversee technical execution, quality control, and process improvements in creative production.
Resource & Vendor Management
- Oversee resource allocation, capacity planning, and talent management for integrated marketing programs.
- Select, negotiate, and manage external vendors, agencies, and production partners in collaboration with the Creative and Marketing teams.
- Optimize budgeting and financial management, tracking spend and driving cost efficiencies.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
- Continuously evaluate and refine marketing operations processes to enhance efficiency, agility, and effectiveness.
- Implement data-driven decision-making, leveraging insights to optimize workflows and improve marketing ROI.
- Identify and execute opportunities for automation, process innovation, and technology enhancements to drive operational excellence.

Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing operations, program management, or integrated marketing within a brand or agency environment.
- Strong expertise in process optimization, workflow management, and marketing production.
- Deep understanding of cross-functional marketing collaboration, from brand strategy to execution.
- Experience leading 360 marketing programs across digital, social, content, print, OOH, and experiential.
- Skilled in financial planning, vendor negotiation, and resource management.
- Proficiency in marketing technology, project management tools, and reporting systems.

Compensation Range: $148,000.00 - $222,000.00, plus bonus.
