Summary
Chobani is seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead the strategic vision and execution of our Revenue Optimization (RevOp) tool. This role is pivotal in driving product initiatives that optimize media spend and enhance revenue decisions across the company’s trade and promotional strategies. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between data science innovations and business applications, ensuring that our product solutions are not only data-driven but also user-centric and commercially viable.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate the product vision and strategy for Chobani’s RevOp tool, aligning with the company’s broader business goals and market opportunities.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of the product from ideation, prototyping, and validation to launch and post-launch enhancements. Ensure the product meets the market needs and exceeds user expectations.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, data science, marketing, sales, and finance teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption. Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
- Market and User Research: Conduct thorough market research and user feedback sessions to understand the needs and pain points of both internal stakeholders and external customers. Translate these insights into product features and improvements.
- Performance Metrics and ROI Analysis: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product and track these metrics to evaluate the product’s impact on business goals, particularly focusing on ROI and revenue growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior executives to gather support and alignment for product initiatives. Present product roadmaps and performance reports to executive teams and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Neuroscience or Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in analytics, preferably with a focus on finance or CPG / Retail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a strong business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with data science teams and familiarity with machine learning concepts is highly desirable.
- Demonstrable ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Range: $166,000.00 - $250,000.00, plus bonus.
