Summary
The FP&A Manager will play a critical role in the preparation of Daily Harvest annual budgets, reforecasts, business plans, and monthly/quarterly reporting requirements to drive insights and decision making. In this role, the FP&A Manager will work closely with partners across the broader organization to compile timely and accurate reporting and comprehensive variance analysis of actual results vs budget, reforecast and prior year results.
Responsibilities
- Generate recurring + ad-hoc financial planning and reporting materials for the leadership team and Chobani stakeholders (e.g. weekly KPIs, monthly reporting, annual budget presentation)
- Own Daily Harvest P&L consolidation for management/internal reporting
- Maintain and optimize DTC P&L forecasting, including deep dives on cohort performance
- Support commercial leaders with modeling and data tracking for new go to market strategies
- Responsible for trend and variance analysis
- Oversee the preparation of materials for weekly financial reporting to Daily Harvest Leadership Team including opportunities and risks to forecast
- Partner with Strategy & Insights to understand KPI drivers and impact to financials
- Be an advocate for financially-driven decision making across the organization
- Perform other duties as necessary
Requirements
- 5+ years of Finance experience in an analytical or strategic role, with preference for experience at an investment bank, high growth consumer goods and/or a public company
- A relevant bachelor’s degree with a strong academic track record
- Strong financial modeling in Excel and a solid base in both accounting + finance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- The attitude of a team player, possessing a strong work ethic and drive for results
- Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving and constantly evolving high-growth environment
- Self-motivation and the ability to juggle an array of tasks, work independently and proactively develop solutions

Compensation Range: $96,000.00 - $143,000.00, plus bonus.
