Junior Digital Producer

Summary

This role is responsible for actively supporting the digital production team through website maintenance, administrative tasks and supporting the end to end production management of Chobani creative projects, services and assets.

The ideal candidate will be well organized and with a great attention to detail. You will be a self-starter with a passion for all things Digital (and Social). You will be happy to work on your own as well as part of a team and be willing to get involved at all levels. You will have excellent communication skills as well as an aptitude for numbers.

Responsibilities

  • Support in end to end production management from brief to final delivery
  • Support in executing creative ideas and communications across one or more mediums from digital display, social, content management, print, OOH, film and video, contests, illustration, animation, photography, email, experiential activations, and website landing pages
  • Collaborate with brand dev team members (e.g. brand designers, shopper marketers, legal, finance, incubator etc.) to ensure and integrated production process and ongoing internal communication
  • Support in developing detailed project plans that include SOWs, resourcing plans, schedules/timelines and budgets
  • Ability to review SOW’s, handle budgets, negotiate costs efficiently, and track PO’s, invoices and spend
  • Plan and communicate internal and external workflows, ensuring an effective exchange of information
  • Strong organizational skills —nothing slips through the cracks
  • Support in external partner processes including search, contracting (agreements/MSA’s), negotiations, bidding and vendor setup (AX, PO’s, invoices and payment terms)
  • Actively engage and nurture best-in-class creative partners and specialist vendors to ensure high quality digital productions from both a UX design and technical implementation standpoint
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks in order to meet critical deadlines
  • Close out projects by reconciling budgets with finance, reviewing contracts with legal and archiving the assets/completion reports on the servers (Workfront and the DAM)
  • Communicate project updates to the EP and/or HOP on a regular basis, raising concerns/challenges in a timely manner
  • Maintain a flexible mindset that can adapt when adjustments are required
  • Maintain the ability to focus on the overall project as well as the detail minutiae throughout
  • Conduct a Quality Assessment of all outputs and deliverables
  • Pro-actively stay abreast of developments in the digital industry
  • Proactively share ideas and processes with other producers across all mediums, to help increase cross-functional efficiencies and improve the overall production output

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a digital production environment 
  • A passion and interest in all things digital, innovation, gaming and emerging technology 
  • Knowledge and curiosity about coding languages, production methodologies and latest digital trends
  • Self starter with incredible organizational skills
  • An expert communicator – able to give and receive critical feedback in a small team environment
  • Independent and can work autonomously but also adept at collaborating with others
  • Knowledgeable about Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, YouTube and quick to adapt to new emerging platforms is a plus A baseline understanding of CMS platforms, CMSs maintenance, project management methodologies, User experience, Information Architecture, Functional Specs, Technical Specs, SLA (ownership, patents, etc.), designing for web, development, hosting, analytics, SEO, security, QA, localization, screen responsiveness, URL management, plugins, integrations, SaaS options, data privacy, accessibility, mobile, banner production, CRM Systems, HTML emails, HTML/HTML5, Javascript, CSS, AR, producing for social platforms, ecommerce, apps, mobile experiences, content and experiential integrations
