Summary

We are seeking a Manager of Business Intelligence to support enterprise analytics with a strong focus on project management, visualization and decision enablement across multiple functions within a CPG organization. This role focuses on analyzing trends, building dashboards and translating data into clear, actionable insights.

This is a hands-on analytics role ideal for someone with 4+ years of experience who is comfortable working with large datasets, building Power BI reports, and partnering with business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

•    Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that enable performance monitoring and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
•    Use SQL to query, analyze, and validate information from multiple data sources.
•    Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities, and clearly communicate insights to business stakeholders.
•    Support ongoing performance monitoring, periodic reporting, and post-period analysis.
•    Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into structured analytical outputs.
•    Respond to ad hoc analysis and reporting needs with a high level of accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail.
•    Collaborate with data, analytics, and technology teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of reporting.
•    Contribute to improvements in reporting processes, data quality, and documentation standards.
•    Effectively manage multiple priorities and requests while aligning with team guidance and organizational goals.

Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
•    5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or reporting.
•    Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboarding, data modeling).
•    Solid SQL skills for working with large datasets.
•    Experience with dbt and modern data modeling practices preferred.
•    Understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts.
•    Experience in CPG industry is preferred.
•    Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
•    Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
•    Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
•    Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.

The salary range for this full-time position is $105,500.00 - $196,500.00, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
