Summary
The People Analytics Manager will be responsible for generating insights into People Data. This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition, People Team, Finance, and business leaders to transform data into actionable insights with primary focus on Recruiting and Talent Acquisition processes and strategies.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in recruiting and TA data, strong technical capabilities across modern analytics platforms, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights.
Responsibilities
People Data Analytics & Strategy
- Own and evolve the Talent Acquisition and Recruiting analytics roadmap, aligning insights to Business and Strategic People priorities
- Deliver insights across the full recruiting lifecycle (sourcing, pipeline health, time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate experience, offer acceptance, recruiter productivity)
- Partner with TA leadership to define KPIs, benchmarks, and success metrics
- Support workforce planning and hiring demand forecasting through data-driven modeling
Data Engineering & Modeling
- Design, build, and maintain scalable TA data models using Snowflake and dbt
- Integrate and harmonize data from ATS platforms (SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse) and HCM systems (SAP SuccessFactors)
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across recruiting datasets
- Collaborate with HRIS and Data Engineering teams on system integrations and data pipelines
Reporting, Dashboards & Visualization
- Develop executive-level dashboards and self-service reporting in Power BI
- Create reports in HCM and other source systems for ingestion into the Data Warehouse
- Standardize reporting definitions and metrics across regions and business units
Advanced Analytics & Insights
- Conduct deep-dive analyses and research on Talent Acquisition in combination with other People Data to build comprehensive narratives on People Strategies
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities using the breadth and depth of available data
- Apply statistical analysis and predictive techniques where appropriate to provide deeper insights and help or influence People as well as Business strategies
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Liaise and act as a trusted thought partner to TA, People Business Partners, People and Business leadership
- Influence decision-making through data storytelling and recommendations
- Mentor junior analysts or analytics resources in the People Analytics Team
- Lead Analytics projects from start to finish and manage stakeholder expectations by periodic updates and followups
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, I/O Psychology, or related field
- Proven experience working with ATS platforms such as SmartRecruiters or Greenhouse
- Hands-on expertise with HCM systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
- Demonstrated experience in:
- Power BI (dashboarding, DAX, executive reporting)
- Snowflake (data warehousing, querying, performance optimization)
- dbt (data modeling, transformations, documentation)
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with complex, multi-source datasets
- Strong business acumen in CPG or Manufacturing industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building and supporting enterprise people analytics platforms
- Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and HR data security best practices

The salary range for this full-time position is $105,500.00 - $166,100.00, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
