Summary

Chobani is establishing a new architectural practice to shape how our spaces are designed, built, and experienced. We’re looking for a Project Manager, Architecture to be a key part of this buildout, working alongside our Senior Director of Architecture to work closely with internal stakeholders and deliver projects with precision and excellence. 

Responsibilities

  • Participate in all architectural calls, capturing notes, and track stakeholder tasks in project management tools 
  • Manage day-to-day project operations, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to schedules 
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders, consultants, architects etc to move projects forward 
  • Support Senior Director in reviewing contracts, leases, architectural drawings - highlighting key items for senior review 
  • Maintain clear documentation and project trackers, ensuring accuracy and completeness of deliverables 
  • Ensure a high standard of detail, discretion and executional excellence

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a project manager role in construction or architecture
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture 
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Excel and Bluebeam 
  • Fluent in AutoCAD and Revit 
  • 3D rendering capabilities a plus 
  • Ability to read architectural drawings and structural drawings 
  • Highly detail-oriented and discreet in handling sensitive information 
  • Experience working in in-house architecture teams preferred

Compensation Range: $70,000.00 - $105,000.00, plus bonus.
