Summary
The Project Manager, Sampling will be part of the strategy, development, and execution of comprehensive sampling and trial programs designed to drive brand awareness, product trial, and customer conversion. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering innovative sampling initiatives that connect with target audiences.
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with team directors to support on sampling and field initiatives and activations
- Support Operations Director on all product and assets order requests
- Support Field Director at on-site events (some travel required)
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones on field projects
- Weekly data reporting on field activations
- Work with analytic team to share priorities and gather insights for clear direction on reaching the right consumer
- Work with social agency to connect partners for content opportunities and help to cultivate the online ambassador community
- Manage all commercial project requests
Requirements
Education and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand activation, or consumer engagement roles, with a focus on sampling and trial strategies.
- Proven experience working on large-scale, multi-channel sampling campaigns.
Skills and Competencies
- Strategic and analytical thinking with a track record of driving business outcomes through sampling initiatives.
- Understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and performance metrics related to sampling and trial.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior executives.
- Proficiency in leveraging data and technology platforms for campaign management and performance measurement.

Compensation Range: $96,000.00 - $143,000.00, plus bonus.
