Join Chobani’s Commercial Growth team for a hands-on co-op experience that will deepen your understanding of the industry and build your professional skillset.

 

As a Commercial Growth Co-Op, you’ll work across key functions including Category Development, Shopper Marketing, Sales Planning, Industry Engagement, and Commercialization. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to projects that drive strategic growth and execution.

 

Depending on team priorities and timing, you may also have the opportunity to lead or contribute to a high-impact project aligned with current business needs. This could involve analyzing category trends, supporting a product launch, or developing insights that inform strategic direction. 

 

Coming out of this program, the candidate will gain:


• A practical understanding of how the 4Ps (product assortment, pricing, promotions, and placement) shape category performance and influence shopper behavior.
• Exposure to category, consumer, and shopper data, and how insights are used to inform business decisions.
• Experience supporting internal Commercial initiatives and learning how cross-functional teams operate within a leading and growing CPG company.
• A strong foundation in category management, commercialization strategy, and the broader CPG landscape.
• Hands-on experience using Numerator Promotions to identify, track, and analyze promotional activity across key categories and retailers.
• Proficiency in pulling and interpreting Nielsen data, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Exposure to and opportunities to contribute to future product innovation.
• Hands-on experience working in store alongside a Retail Sales Execution Specialist to understand merchandising strategies and execution at the shelf.
• An introduction to brands recently acquired by Chobani including La Colombe Coffee Workshop and Daily Harvest.

Requirements

• Eagerness to learn, grow, participate and contribute to the team
• Proven analytical skills and ability to successfully integrate different streams of information into a story
• Capable of building strong networks and working relationships by effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and dynamic environment both independently and as a team player
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines
• Microsoft Office skills (including but not limited to Excel, Word and Power Point)
• Ability to come into the office (in the Tribecca neighborhood of Lower Manhattan) 2-4 days a week to foster better engagement, collaboration and networking.
