Responsibilities
Lifecycle Marketing Operations
- Manage and execute key lifecycle marketing functions:
- Campaign development: Design and execute programs and campaigns tailored to various customer cohorts to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Audience Segmentation: Identify and segment audiences to tailor marketing efforts for maximum impact and personalization.
- Product Alignment: Collaborate with product teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with product features, updates, and launches.
- Launch Updates: Coordinate and communicate key updates related to product or campaign launches across teams and stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Review and validate all campaign assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Data Integrity Checks: Maintain and verify the accuracy of data used in lifecycle marketing campaigns to ensure reliable execution and reporting.
- Stakeholder Approvals: Manage the approval process with internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and aligned with goals.
- Ensure campaigns are executed on time and meet the highest quality standards while adhering to brand guidelines.
Performance Analysis and Strategy Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance end-to-end, leveraging data insights to inform optimization opportunities and future strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates, engagement metrics, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations that drive meaningful business impact.
- Partner with analytics and data science to defi ne campaign performance benchmarks, review Looker dashboards, and enable consistent measurement across initiatives
Communication and Reporting
- Share key updates, milestones, successes, and learnings from campaigns with cross-functional partners.
- Develop clear and compelling presentation materials to communicate results, trends, and strategic insights.
- Experimentation and Continuous Improvement
- Develop and oversee A/B test tracker that serves as a source of truth for LCM testing, with the goal of continually improving performance.
- Test and refine creative, messaging, and targeting strategies to maximize effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Data, Creative Operations, Legal, etc.) to ensure lifecycle communications are relevant, personalized, and on-brand.
- Act as a liaison between teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, marketing operations, or marketing automation.
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (or similar platforms like Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) including list segmentation, dynamic content, and testing.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for QA and data accuracy.
- Familiarity with workflow and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Figma) and ability to keep workstreams organized.
- Comfort working cross-functionally and communicating with technical and non-technical partners alike.
- Analytical mindset: able to interpret campaign results and suggest actionable optimizations.
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with advanced features in Klaviyo or similar tools (e.g., dynamic content, content blocks, integrations).
- Experience working with Looker or other BI tools for reporting.
- Understanding of deliverability best practices and CAN-SPAM/GDPR compliance

Compensation Range: $87,000.00 - $100,000.00, plus bonus.
