The Senior Director of Marketing will lead the platform and category strategy to establish and scale the next $1-2 billion brand. This role is critical in driving brand awareness, shaping consumer engagement, and delivering measurable results that support business growth. Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth Leadership:
- Develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for creating and scaling a high-impact brand to multi-billion-dollar growth.
- Lead the platform/category strategy to position the brand as a market leader.
- Collaboration Across Functions:
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Commercial, NPD, and Finance, to create and execute initiatives that drive revenue growth.
- Align marketing strategies with overall business objectives to achieve cohesive and scalable results.
- Brand Creation and Activation:
- Craft the brand’s identity and develop innovative strategies to drive awareness and consumer trial.
- Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all platforms, including digital, print, and experiential channels.
- Industry Leadership and Innovation:
- Drive thought leadership efforts, positioning the company as an industry trailblazer.
- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the marketing team.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Develop and oversee the marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Identify and manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and other external partners.
- Performance Tracking and Optimization:
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Leverage data and analytics to refine strategies and optimize ROI.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling brands to significant growth.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with expertise in leveraging data-driven insights.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a talent for inspiring and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets and driving resource optimization.

Compensation Range: $188,000.00 - $282,000.00, plus bonus.
