Summary

Chobani Information Technology is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sr. Director of Enterprise Product Management to lead the product management function across our enterprise application landscape. This role serves as a critical business-facing counterpart to the Sr. Director of Enterprise ERP Applications, focusing on enabling business outcomes through modern product management methodologies, user-centered design, and outcome-driven roadmaps.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in enterprise software product management and will be responsible for leading a team of product managers who oversee key systems across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Manufacturing, Sales, and Marketing. This role is deeply integrated with senior business leadership, ensuring technology solutions are aligned with strategic goals, effectively governed, and continuously evolved to deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of enterprise product managers, each owning a portfolio of business applications or platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, LabVantage, SuccessFactors, PLM, eCommerce, Microsoft Power Platform, etc.).
  • Serve as the primary steward of enterprise product management practices, introducing frameworks for product roadmapping, value tracking, agile prioritization, backlog grooming, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Partner closely with functional business leaders across Finance, HR, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Commercial to translate business needs into actionable product strategies and outcomes.
  • Act as a strategic peer to the Sr. Director of Enterprise ERP Engineering, ensuring strong collaboration between product and delivery/engineering teams for end-to-end execution.
  • Guide the product lifecycle from concept through retirement, with a focus on maximizing ROI, reducing friction, and enabling business agility.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment through product councils, steering committees, and planning cadences with senior stakeholders.
  • Support enterprise technology planning and budgeting through business case development, capacity planning, and value realization reporting.
  • Establish KPIs and success metrics for product adoption, utilization, business impact, and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of customer-centric design, continuous discovery, and iterative delivery across the application landscape.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Product Management, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise application management, with 5+ years leading product teams in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise product management principles, especially in large-scale ERP, CRM, HCM, and digital workplace platforms.
  • Strong experience working with business and technical stakeholders at the executive level.
  • Demonstrated success in applying Agile, Lean, or SAFe methodologies to enterprise product development.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with major enterprise platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Workday/SuccessFactors, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar.
  • Familiarity with portfolio management tools such as JIRA Align, Aha!, or ServiceNow.
  • Experience with digital transformation in a manufacturing, consumer goods, or food & beverage organization.
  • Product management certification (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, SAFe POPM, or AIPMM) is a plus.

The salary range for this full-time position is $178,500.00 - $331,500.00, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
