Summary
Daily Harvest is seeking a Senior Manager of Ecommerce to lead the execution of our digital experience and drive the growth of our ecommerce channel. This role will own site merchandising, strategy, and performance while ensuring a seamless customer journey across digital touchpoints. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Digital Product, Engineering, Culinary, Operations and Customer Service to bring our brand and products to life online. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who’s also comfortable rolling up their sleeves in platforms and tools, with strong project management, analytical, and creative judgment skills.
Responsibilities
Digital Merch, Site Management, CRO & SEO
- Lead and execute Daily Harvest’s digital merchandising strategy to maximize sales, profitability, and customer engagement.
- Manage product assortment, categorization, bundling, and on-site presentation to improve discoverability and drive conversion.
- Oversee full-funnel site updates (homepage, navigation, PDPs, FAQs, content pages, upsell modules, etc.) to ensure accuracy, freshness, and brand consistency.
- Support new product launches, promotions, and cross-channel campaigns across lifecycle, digital marketing, and site experiences.
- Partner with Customer Service, Digital Product, and Engineering to prioritize enhancements, resolve bugs, and elevate the end-to-end user experience.
- Lead conversion rate optimization roadmap and and A/B testing initiatives, partnering with Product and Data on test setup, monitoring, measurement, iteration and results shareouts.
- Lead SEO agency to grow organic traffic and conversion through site search and content optimization.
- Present test plans, performance readouts, and recommendations cross-functionally to inform digital product and marketing strategies (from launches to promotional calendar).
Data & Insights
- Analyze site performance, product performance, and customer behavior (including heatmaps, reviews, and surveys) to inform optimization strategies.
- Track and report on core KPIs (e.g., traffic, conversion, AOV, UPT, sell-through, LTV) and develop clear action plans to drive improvement.
- Deliver regular ecommerce business reviews with insights, recommendations, and next steps to guide cross-functional decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing and Creative to brief ecommerce campaigns, assets, and on-site activations.
- Ensure campaign alignment across brand, lifecycle, paid media, and site experiences.
- Collaborate closely with Data, Culinary, Nutrition, Operations, and Digital Product to ensure merchandising reflects brand priorities, inventory, and culinary innovation pipelines.
- Partner with Customer Care to leverage feedback and enhance the end-to-end customer journey.
- Contribute to digital product strategy and roadmap with a customer-first, data-driven perspective.
Requirements
- 6+ years of eCommerce experience at a consumer brand or agency, with a focus on site merchandising and strategy.
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and business strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in site and product performance reporting.
- Proficiency and experience with Shopify
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally across Marketing, Creative, CRM, Data, and Technology
- Strategic thinker who can also execute tactically in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Highly detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy, quality, and brand integrity
- Creative problem solver with a strong interest in eCommerce, digital marketing, and customer experience

Compensation Range: $125,000.00 - $188,000.00, plus bonus.
