Summary

Chobani is seeking a passionate and inventive Senior Environmental Graphic Designer to join our growing Experience Design team. This role blends storytelling, spatial thinking, and brand expression to bring Chobani’s values to life across our physical environments—from offices and retail activations to pop-ups, trade shows, and campus experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft purposeful, brand-led moments that connect people to food, to community, and to each other.

Responsibilities

  • Design environmental graphics, wayfinding systems, user journeys and branded moments that translate Chobani’s mission into spatial experiences
  • Concept and execute across a wide range of projects, including workplace branding, retail environments, experiential activations, and food-forward installations
  • Work closely with internal partners (Creative, Facilities, Commercial) and external vendors (fabricators, architects, printers) to ensure design integrity and executional excellence
  • Create and manage design documentation—moodboards, plans, elevations, mockups, production files—for both concept presentations and fabrication
  • Contribute to spatial strategy and storytelling to support workplace wayfinding, key brand campaigns, cultural initiatives, and product launches
  • Advocate for human-centered, inclusive design in all physical touchpoints
     

Requirements

Who You Are

  • A thoughtful, conceptual designer who is passionate about the intersection of brand, story, and space
  • Strong design craft with a sharp eye for typography, composition, materials, and color
  • Comfortable working at both the idea level and in technical detail
  • Experience in developing and executing wayfinding systems for workplace & hospitality
  • Collaborative and curious, with a desire to work across disciplines and teams
  • Able to communicate clearly and confidently, from mood to message to material
  • Excited by healthy food, good design, and the power of everyday experiences


Qualifications

  • 6-9 years of experience in environmental graphic design, experiential design, or related fields
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Experience in SketchUp, and/or other spatial modeling software a plus
  • Experience with signage systems, print production, fabrication, or architectural coordination a plus
  • Portfolio that demonstrates a strong point of view in spatial storytelling and branded environments

Compensation Range: $96,000.00 - $143,000.00, plus bonus.
