Senior Finance Manager - Commercial

Chobani’s Commercial Finance team drives effective and efficient customer investment by partnering with the business and supporting them in the commercial decision-making process. The Senior Manager of Commercial Finance will work in partnership with business stakeholders to provide actionable analysis and recommendations to senior leadership and functional partners. This role will lead topline forecasting, planning, and reporting processes that drive our commercial growth strategies.


  • Own monthly topline forecasting process and facilitate S&OP process for North America business, including detailed analysis of the numbers, pulling together presentation materials, and sharing out with sales leaders and executives
  • Lead topline AOP process from partnering with sales on their inputs to pressure-checking assumptions and communicating topline plans and strategy to senior leadership
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of topline drivers across both customers and products in order to support delivery of financial targets and drive towards improved financial accuracy
  • Create and maintain financial models; leverage models to conduct in-depth analysis and support ongoing business strategy discussions 
  • Synthesize pricing and trade data to draw insights and recommend action plans to find efficiencies and drive profitable growth
  • Analyze customer sales and trade information to consolidate, standardize, and improve reporting across the organization and work towards building out forecasting in our cloud-based planning tool
  • Partner closely with sales to build out and understand financials of new business opportunities and drive towards revenue and profit-driving solutions
  • Managerial responsibilities including hiring, training, performance management, prioritization, coaching, mentorship, etc.
  • Ad-hoc projects as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or equivalent required, MBA a plus
  • 7+ years of experience in Corporate Finance at a CPG required
  • Advanced MS Excel/Power Point skills required
  • Experience with planning and analytical reporting/BI tools preferred
  • Experience managing direct reports preferred
  • Ability to provide thought leadership to shape future decisions
  • Ability to work independently, and proactively develop solutions with minimal guidance
  • Capacity to analyze complex problems and make decisions in a timely manner
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail, with the ability to work quickly and accurately and to consistently meet deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and ability to adapt and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and on cross-functional teams
