Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) will support Chobani and La Colombe by driving core planning cycles, including forecasting, annual planning, and variance analysis across operating expenses and by translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership. You will partner closely with business, commercial, demand planning, and accounting teams to build and maintain long-range models, support integrated business planning, and deliver executive-ready materials. In this role, you’ll help streamline and automate reporting, ensure data integrity, and contribute to strategic projects that enable growth, while acting as a trusted liaison between Finance and the business on financial results, initiatives, and ad-hoc analyses.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the monthly close process and related reporting, including preparing and analyzing financial results, identifying trends, and explaining variances across operating expenses.
  • Contribute to process improvements by streamlining and automating reporting and ensuring easy access to financial performance data.
  • Aggregate and analyze large data sets to identify key performance drivers.
  • Participate in financial planning and budgeting processes, including:
    • Supporting monthly forecasting activities by analyzing actual results
    • Assisting with annual operating plan development
    • Updating long-term financial models and supporting strategic planning
    • Partnering with cross-functional teams to support integrated business planning
    • Working with accounting to ensure accuracy of financial results
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and presentations for leadership and other stakeholders, ensuring data integrity and providing recommendations where appropriate.
  • Handle ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preference for Economics, Business, Finance or Accounting
  • 2–4 years of experience in finance with strong financial modeling skills.
  • Proven experience building forecasts and annual operating plans.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling; experience with SAP or Sage ERP is a plus; Tableau or Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Strong presentation skills, including creating effective MS PowerPoint materials for executive-level audiences.
  • Solid understanding of financial concepts (e.g., valuation, profitability analysis, volume/rate/mix) and a highly analytical mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and present insights clearly using MS PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence at all levels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
  • Passion for the Chobani and La Colombe brands, with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.

Compensation Range: $70,000.00 - $105,000.00, plus bonus.
