As our Sr. Learning & Development Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in driving impactful learning experiences, managing key development programs, and supporting our team’s mission to ensure every employee has a challenging and fulfilling career journey.
This role is ideal for someone who finds energy in both the behind-the-scenes coordination that brings programs to life and the front-of-room moments that make learning stick. You’ll be the engine behind many of our learning programs while gaining exposure to the full range of L&D, from planning to facilitation to long-term development strategy.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-impact learning programs through end-to-end, coordination, communication and facilitation.
- Review and manage training & development materials, including L&D resources housed on the company intranet, partnering with subject matter experts to keep content fresh, relevant, and effective.
- Facilitate engaging learning experiences, bringing energy and clarity to both in-person and virtual sessions.
- Support program design and strategy, contributing ideas, insights, and structure to new and evolving initiatives.
- Administrative support for our survey platform (Qualtrics) and LMS (SuccessFactors), including reporting, eLearning library maintenance, creating & assigning learning programs and other general system support as needed.
- Track and measure impact, of Learning & Development programs using tools like Qualtrics & Success Factors.
- Manage the Tuition Reimbursement Program, serving as the primary point of contact for employees and ensuring a smooth and supportive process + support the continuous improvement of the program and offerings.
- Support ad-hoc L&D projects and initiatives as needed, including trainings, events, and cross-functional collaborations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in program coordination, content development, facilitation or L&D support roles
- Strong facilitation and communication skills—confident leading sessions and engaging diverse audiences
- A desire to not just support learning programs, but to grow into building and leading them down the line
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines independently
- A collaborative, solutions-first mindset with a bias for action
- Experience working with HR and learning systems—ideally platforms like Qualtrics (for surveys) and SuccessFactors (as a learning management system)
- Comfort with platforms like PowerPoint, Adobe, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
- This position requires onsite presence at our NYC office from Monday to Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays. Travel will be required several times throughout the year to support key learning & development experiences and events.

Compensation Range: $77,000.00 - $115,000.00, plus bonus.
