Summary
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Business Intelligence to lead enterprise analytics with a strong focus on front-end insight generation, visualization, and decision enablement across multiple functions within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization. This role owns the design and delivery of intuitive, executive-ready analytics experiences that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
The ideal candidate blends deep front-end BI expertise with strong analytical thinking, business partnership, and the ability to operate effectively across diverse teams and priorities.
Responsibilities
Enterprise Analytics & Reporting
• Own the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of front-end BI solutions, including dashboards, scorecards, and analytical tools used by executives and business teams.
• Translate business questions into intuitive visual experiences that highlight key drivers, trends, and exceptions.
• Perform advanced analytical work using SQL and BI tools to support ongoing performance tracking, deep dives, and ad hoc analysis.
• Ensure dashboards are actionable, performant, and aligned to how different functions consume insights.
Business Partnership & Influence
• Act as a trusted analytics partner to senior stakeholders, translating business questions into structured analytical approaches and data solutions.
• Proactively surface insights and recommendations that influence strategy, performance optimization, and resource allocation.
• Support strategic initiatives through ad hoc analysis, scenario modeling, and executive storytelling.
Data Strategy & Enablement
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Technology teams to define data requirements, improve data quality, and scale analytics solutions.
• Help establish best practices for data modeling, metric definitions, and self-service analytics.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate reporting to reduce manual effort and improve speed to insight.
Execution and Communication
• Lead multiple initiatives in parallel, balancing near-term business needs with longer-term analytics strategy.
• Synthesize complex analysis into clear, concise executive readouts and recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or reporting or Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL and User Interface Design.
• Experience with dbt and modern data modeling practices preferred.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently, influence stakeholders, and deliver results in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in CPG industry is strongly preferred.

The salary range for this full-time position is $130,500.00 - $243,500.00, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
