Summary

Chobani Information Technology is seeking a business-facing Senior Order-to-Cash (O2C) Product Manager to own and evolve the SAP S/4HANA O2C product roadmap. This role represents a traditional product management function within IT and serves as the primary interface between business stakeholders and SAP functional and technical delivery teams.

The ideal candidate brings strong product management discipline, a deep understanding of Order-to-Cash business processes, and the ability to translate business needs, pain points, and strategic priorities into scalable SAP S/4HANA solution offerings. This role will partner closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations, while working day-to-day with SAP functional experts, system integrators, and enterprise technology teams to deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash product roadmap, ensuring alignment with Chobani’s business strategy, growth initiatives, and operational priorities.
  • Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand:
    • Business objectives, end-to-end O2C processes, and pain points
    • Commercial, customer service, billing, credit, and collections needs
    • Opportunities to improve customer experience, cycle time, accuracy, and financial outcomes
  • Translate business needs into clear product initiatives, solution options, and prioritized backlogs leveraging SAP S/4HANA standard capabilities.
  • Build and maintain a business priority backlog, ensuring:
    • Business priorities are clearly articulated and understood
    • Expected benefits, value drivers, and outcomes are defined
    • Tradeoffs and sequencing decisions are transparent and aligned
  • Assist business partners in developing business cases that clearly communicate:
    • Business rationale and strategic alignment
    • Quantified and qualitative ROI
    • Expected operational and financial benefits
  • Partner with SAP functional leads, SAP consultants, and technology partners to:
    • Scope proposed solutions and level of effort
    • Estimate delivery timelines and required resources
    • Define budget requirements and delivery assumptions
  • Serve as the primary product interface between business users and SAP functional experts, ensuring shared understanding of requirements, solution options, and delivery constraints.
  • Collaborate closely with:
    • SAP functional and technical teams
    • SAP Basis, Infrastructure, and Cyber Security teams
    • Other Enterprise Application product and delivery teams
  • Guide initiatives through the full delivery lifecycle, supporting:
    • Roadmap planning and prioritization
    • UAT planning and business readiness
    • Adoption, value realization, and continuous improvement
  • Track and communicate product outcomes, adoption, and realized value tied to O2C initiatives.
  • Participate in governance forums, steering committees, and planning cadences to ensure alignment across IT and business leadership.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, business systems, or enterprise application roles with direct exposure to Order-to-Cash processes.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA O2C capabilities, including:
    • Sales Order Management
    • Pricing and Rebates
    • Billing and Invoicing
    • Credit Management and Accounts Receivable integration
  • Demonstrated experience building product roadmaps, managing backlogs, and prioritizing work based on business value and ROI.
  • Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders to develop business cases and value-based justifications.
  • Experience working with system integrators and technology partners to scope, estimate, and plan delivery efforts.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with SAP consultants or system integrators on ERP initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or hybrid delivery methodologies in enterprise environments.
  • Experience in manufacturing, CPG, food & beverage, or consumer goods organizations.
  • Exposure to global or multi-entity SAP landscapes.
  • Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA upgrades or transformation programs.

The salary range for this full-time position is $130,500.00 - $243,500.00, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
