Summary

 The Senior Director of Program Management will lead the end-to-end Project Management of Chobani’s 360 Soccer and Sports marketing programs. This role ensures every touchpoint — Packaging, Retail/Shopper, Sampling, Events & Activations, Social/Digital, Content, Partnerships, and Comms — moves in sync, on strategy, and on time.
You’ll serve as the hub and connective tissue of our soccer platform: keeping all workstreams aligned, maintaining momentum, clarifying priorities, driving accountability, and ensuring that our programs show up with excellence across every field of play.
Experience in the sports soccer space — leagues and, teams, agencies, or major sports properties — a plus.

Responsibilities

360 Program Leadership

  • Oversee the cross-functional program management of Chobani’s 360 Soccer platform across multidisciplinary teams (Packaging, Retail/Shopper, Events/Activations, Sampling, Social/Digital, Content, Comms, Partnerships).
  • Maintain a unified program plan, owning schedules, notes, weekly status, risks, and next steps across every touchpoint.
  • Serve as the “connector of dots,” ensuring alignment between Marketing, Commercial, NPD, Legal, Plant Ops, Comms, and external partners.
  • Keep the entire program moving with clarity, transparency, and forward momentum.

Project & Process Excellence

  • Develop and continuously refine program management frameworks that ensure efficiency, predictability, and high-quality execution.
  • Establish consistent communication rhythms, clear documentation, and timely feedback loops across all workstreams.
  • Own 360 timelines, milestones, and cross-team interdependencies to ensure seamless execution from strategy through delivery.

Sports & Soccer Operations Integration

  • Translate the realities of sports calendars, partner obligations, player/talent windows, and seasonal moments into actionable, integrated project plans.
  • Partner with the Sports Partnerships team to track rights usage, approvals, deadlines, and activation opportunities.

Quality, Consistency & Continuous Improvement

  • Protect the integrity of the soccer platform, ensuring consistency across all outputs and channels.
  • Identify process gaps, operational bottlenecks, and opportunities for improved speed and quality.
  • Build and share best practices that elevate how Chobani shows up in sports culture.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in program management, creative operations, integrated marketing, or sports/experiential production
  • Experience working on major sports or soccer properties preferred (brands, agencies, leagues, federations, clubs, tournaments)
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale, multi-channel programs with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong financial and resource management skills
  • Demonstrated success developing processes that improve organizational performance
  • Ability to manage external partners, negotiate scopes, and deliver excellence under tight timelines

Compensation Range: $125,000.00 - $188,000.00, plus bonus.
