Senior Talent Researcher
Date: Oct 6, 2026
Location: New York, NY, US
Company: Chobani
Summary
The Senior Talent Researcher powers Chobani’s most important hiring through deep company research, market intelligence, and proactive pipelines. Sitting within our Talent Intelligence function and reporting to the Senior Director of Executive Search, you will focus on company research and intelligence, market mapping, proactive pipelining, and talent scouting — supporting confidential executive searches while also delivering Talent Intelligence across the broader Talent Acquisition team.
This is a hands-on, research-forward role. You will turn the labor market into insight — who the talent is, where it sits, what it costs, and how Chobani compares — and translate that into mapped landscapes, warm pipelines, and scouted prospects that give recruiters and hiring leaders a real edge. You will partner closely with executive recruiters on our most senior and sensitive searches, and share intelligence, maps, and pipelines that raise the game of the whole team.
Responsibilities
Company Research & Talent Intelligence

- Turn raw market data into clear, decision-ready intelligence for executive recruiters, hiring leaders, and the broader TA team.
- Track target companies and talent pools over time, maintaining a living view of where relevant talent sits and how it is moving.
- Build and maintain research assets — market maps, org charts, talent landscapes, and competitive briefs — that the team can act on.
Market Mapping & Proactive Pipelining
- Design and execute market maps for priority functions, levels, and locations across Chobani’s brands.
- Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines for critical, recurring, and hard-to-fill roles ahead of demand.

- Keep pipelines warm and current — organized, tagged, and ready so the team can move quickly when a role opens.
Talent Scouting & Engagement
- Identify, research, and scout high-potential and hard-to-find talent through creative sourcing across a range of channels and tools.
- Craft compelling, personalized outreach that represents Chobani well and generates genuine interest from senior and specialized talent.
- Conduct research-driven profiling and initial qualification to assess prospects before handing off to recruiters.
- Deliver a professional, engaging experience to every prospect you touch.
Partner Across the Team
- Support executive recruitment by researching, mapping, and pipelining for confidential and complex senior searches.
- Extend Talent Intelligence support across the broader TA team — sharing insights, maps, and pipelines that lift the whole function.
