Summary

As Social Media Manager at Chobani, you will work across our food portfolio to develop and implement our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales in line with our growth strategy. The ideal candidate has experience working in social media with great brands, understanding the consumer and how to reach them. They have their finger on the pulse of culture and are not afraid to try new things. You will handle social media channels and campaigns and work cross functionally with the marketing, media, creative and culture team to increase our audience and put Chobani at the forefront of the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy to achieve brand objectives
  • Create and curate engaging and shareable content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
  • Build and maintain Chobani's social media presence, including posting content, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring brand sentiment
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and take appropriate actions to continuously improve them
  • Work with internal and external copywriters, designers, and agency partners to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, sales, shopper, comms) to develop and execute social media campaigns
  • Maintain social media content calendar
  • Collaborate with influencer and partnership manager to partner with influencers and run influencer campaigns
  • Maintain and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
  • Stay up to date on the latest social media trends and standard processes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing
  • Experience developing and implementing successful social media campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting
  • Excellent collaboration, written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with social media advertising (a plus)
  • Passion for Chobani's brand and mission

Compensation Range: $92,800.00 - $139,200.00, plus bonus.
