Summary
Chobani is looking for a dynamic and strategic Sr. Manager, Brand Activation to lead the planning and execution of regional sampling programs, community events, and experiential activations. This role is instrumental in delivering memorable, high-impact brand experiences that drive trial, engagement, and conversion across key markets.
You’ll oversee end-to-end activation—from strategy and concepting to on-the-ground execution and post-event analysis—while managing teams, building partnerships, and keeping a sharp eye on cultural trends to ensure Chobani continues to show up in meaningful ways.
Responsibilities
- Lead & Execute: Drive the full lifecycle of regional brand experiences, including sampling, community events, and experiential activations—from ideation to post-activation reporting.
- Team Management: Oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and performance of brand ambassadors and field sampling teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Brand, Retail, Ops, and Shopper Marketing teams to align initiatives and ensure consistent, integrated execution.
- Local Partnerships: Identify and secure high-impact partnerships with local events, gyms, colleges, festivals, and nonprofit organizations to amplify Chobani’s presence and mission.
- Event Logistics: Manage all event operations including venue/vendor coordination, asset management, shipping logistics, and run-of-show development.
- Performance Tracking: Own and optimize KPIs such as trial volume, event impressions, engagement, ROI, and market penetration.
- Content & Brand Integration: Collaborate with creative and digital teams to ensure activations are content-rich, visually on-brand, and optimized for social sharing.
- Budget & Timeline Management: Oversee budgets, contracts, and project timelines across multiple concurrent activations with strong attention to detail.
- Market Insights: Conduct regional market research to identify brand growth opportunities; monitor competitor activity and cultural trends to inform strategy.
- Team Development: Provide mentorship to field teams and contribute to strategic projects that enhance overall team performance and capability.
- Goal-Driven: Set and manage to SMART goals across field territories tied to sampling, engagement, and brand-building metrics.
Requirements
- A strategic executor with 6+ years of experience in brand activation, field marketing, or experiential events
- Experienced in managing field teams, vendors, and logistics across multiple markets
- Passionate about storytelling and creating memorable consumer experiences
- A natural collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Analytical and data-driven with a knack for turning insights into action

Compensation Range: $125,000.00 - $188,000.00, plus bonus.
