Summary
The Treasury Liquidity Analyst will be responsible for managing daily cash operations, including cash reconciliations, processing bank payments, and ensuring accurate and timely settlement of financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of banking processes, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cash and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Process domestic and international bank payments (e.g., ACH, wires) in accordance with company policies and deadlines
- Monitor bank account balances and ensure adequate liquidity (including execution of draws on AR Securitization Facility)
- Investigate and resolve cash discrepancies, unreconciled items, and bank-related issues
- Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, and Accounts Payable teams to support month-end closing and reporting
- Maintain relationships with banking partners and support onboarding of new bank accounts or services
- Assist in forecasting liquidity, optimizing cash management and implementing internal controls
- Invest cash balances to reduce net interest expense
- Manage Letters of Credit, facility usage and reporting
- Perform other duties, as required, including ad-hoc requests, analysis and internal projects
- Middle Office Analyst (Debt & Derivative Administration) Backup- provide commodity confirmation & leasing reviews as needed; add investors to data sites & update debt schedules as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in cash operations (Treasury or shared services) required
- Experience with Treasury workstation required (knowledge of G-treasury or Kyriba preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, math preferred
- Advanced MS Excel and modeling skills are a must; SAP experience, a plus
- Attention to detail while managing competing priorities and tight timelines
- A team player, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams

Compensation Range: $70,000.00 - $105,000.00, plus bonus.
