We’re looking for a bold, business-minded Vice President of People to serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership and a catalyst for organizational growth. This is not a traditional HR leadership role — it’s a highly visible position at the center of our business strategy, culture, and performance.
As VP of People, you will challenge convention, elevate leadership capability, and design talent strategies that directly impact results. You’ll lead a team of People Business Partners while embedding deeply within Corporate, Creative, and Café teams to drive alignment, innovation, and accountability.

Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, influencing business decisions through forward-thinking people strategies
- Translate business strategy into actionable talent, organization, and culture initiatives
- Partner closely with leadership teams to anticipate needs, drive change, and elevate performance
Lead & Develop a High-Impact PBP Team
- Provide direction and coaching to a team of People Business Partners supporting diverse business units
- Set the standard for embedded, high-quality People support
- Build bench strength and develop future People leaders
Organizational Effectiveness & Talent Strategy
- Lead organizational development initiatives across Corporate, Commercial, and Café teams to increase clarity, accountability, and innovation
- Guide leaders on talent planning, succession, and employee development
- Design and implement integrated talent strategies that are deeply aligned to business priorities
Culture & Leadership Excellence
- Foster a collaborative, performance-driven environment where teams think boldly and challenge the status quo
- Strengthen leadership capability at all levels, enabling executives and emerging leaders to perform at their highest potential
- Serve as a thoughtful listener and skilled conflict navigator who can turn complexity into momentum
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Leverage people analytics and metrics to inform strategy and improve outcomes
- Use data to drive organizational clarity, performance improvements, and measurable impact
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including direct partnership with senior business leaders in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- 7+ years of people leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Deep experience as a People Business Partner; prior Center of Excellence (COE) leadership experience is a plus
- Proven track record of building, developing, and leading high-performing teams
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated experience using data to shape strategy
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
- Courage to challenge thinking, push beyond traditional approaches, and drive innovation
- Demonstrated ability to align people strategy with business strategy
- Experience managing multiple priorities in dynamic, evolving environments
- Organizational development expertise; experience supporting creative or marketing organizations is a plus
- A collaborative, “win together” mindset and the ability to bring others along
- Deep commitment to being embedded in — and accountable to — the business teams you support

The salary range for this full-time position is $217,000.00 - $342,100.00, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
