Evening Porter

The Evening Porter will oversee daily cleaning for all the Offices, Common areas, Restrooms, Locker Rooms, Conference Rooms, and break areas for our Sites. They will support the Workplace Experience Manager with other duties as needed along with the Director of Facility Management. Hours for this role will be 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm (Monday-Friday). 

Responsibilities:

• Gather and empty trash and trash bins
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, or vacuum
• Clean restrooms and stock them with supplies
• Clean Offices, restrooms, locker rooms, conference rooms, cafeteria, etc.
• Wash windows, walls and glass as needed
• Maintain cleaning supplies and breakroom supplies and ensure we stay stocked.
• Notify Workplace Experience Manager when repairs are needed, changing light bulbs, etc.
• Perform other duties as required and flow to the work.
• Stock yogurt fridges
• Clean fridges once a week (Friday).
• Work as one team

Skills:

• Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Work independently without regular direct supervision and with safety in mind.
• Must be a provider of excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, emails, etc.

Education & Experience:

• Associates degree or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Janitorial.
• Work independently and as a great teammate
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be attentive to detail and accuracy
• Effectively interact with peers and teams
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment

 Compensation Range: $20.00 - $25.00, plus bonus.
