The Sales Analyst at La Colombe will drive analytics and support sales priorities for the Commercial Sales team. This role administratively supports the customer Sales Team in order to increase revenue-generating activities and works to make the sales team more productive.
Responsibilities
• Utilize syndicated data, account-specific data, and consumer insights to identify sales opportunities and trends.
• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly tracking reports to monitor sales performance and distribution trends.
• Conduct ad-hoc business reporting to address time-sensitive questions and provide insights to the sales team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales, pricing, marketing, category management, and promotional activities.
• Manage the allocation of promotional volume at the store level and analyze results to ensure efficient product sell-through.
• Perform regular store and market pricing surveys and maintain competitive pricing reports.
• Support customer-related merchandising initiatives and address supply/customer service-related requests as needed.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders effectively.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in sales analytics with specific knowledge of sales data
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects
• Work independently and as a team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be attentive to detail and accuracy
• Effectively interact with peers, sales group and management teams
• Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
• Entrepreneurial spirit is must

Compensation Range: $59,000.00 - $89,000.00, plus bonus.
