Summary

The Senior Supply Chain Finance Manager will work on projects that drive and support the growth of La Colombe and Chobani. Our Supply Chain Finance Manager will produce and deliver meaningful, accurate, actionable, and timely analysis to all levels of leadership throughout the organization. The SC Finance Manager will act a liaison between the Operations, Maintenance, Logistics, IT and Finance teams, providing support and analysis of financial results and forecasts, business initiatives, and ad-hoc requests. 

Responsibilities

  • Support month-end close process and reporting for all La Colombe COGS; including preparation of journal entries and analysis of monthly financial results through cost per can analysis, deviation analysis, and key metric reporting.
  • Provide data aggregation and analysis of large sets of data to understand drivers of materials costs, production waste, overhead costs, etc.
  • Drive process changes to simplify and automate regular processes/reporting within the Supply Chain Finance team and provide other teams with easy access to cost information.
  • Support the manufacturing overhead monthly forecast and assist with the creation of the annual operating plan (AOP).
  • Support the preparation and analysis of direct and indirect labor at the plant analyzing actual labor hours versus standard required hours on the manufacturing production lines.
  • Provide strategy and recommendations on varied initiatives across all levels of management within the supply chain finance function.
  • Collaborate and partner with members of both the Finance and Operations team to track operational waste actuals and perform variance analysis against the standard waste percentages established through the AOP process.
  • Perform financial analysis on proposed supply chain projects and other ad-hoc requests.
  • Build out and improve data collection and Tableau reporting for all COGS and inventory.
  • Work collaboratively with the Operations and Maintenance teams to analyze current spend patterns pertaining to Maintenance, Repair, and Operation (MRO). 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field from an accredited institution
  • 8+ years’ experience in supply chain finance, accounting, or plant manufacturing finance
  • Previous cross-functional leadership experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with established financial competence and forecasting ability
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels using detailed written reports and narrative.
  • High work capacity, dependable, and results oriented
  • Excellent organizational skills, with precise attention to detail
  • Proven sound work ethic, high degree of personal integrity, honesty, and moral character

Compensation Range: $122,000.00 - $183,000.00, plus bonus.
