Summary
We are seeking a strategic and customer-centric Senior Manager, Wholesale Marketing to lead marketing efforts across our Wholesale and Hospitality channels. This individual will play a critical role in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth in key accounts ranging from restaurants and hotels to food service distributors and specialty retailers.
This role is highly cross-functional, working closely with Sales, Brand, Product Innovation, Creative, and Revenue teams to craft compelling go-to-market strategies, seasonal campaigns, customer toolkits, and activation plans tailored to B2B and on-premise audiences.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and lead the annual channel marketing strategy for Wholesale and Hospitality aligned with overall brand and commercial goals.
- Work with cross functional partners to optimize and communicate product, packaging and service offerings
- Work with Sales team and Customers to tailor how branding and trademarks are used by customers for maximum effectiveness, including leading our “Coffee By La Colombe” program
- Segment and prioritize customer types within the channel to drive targeted marketing programs.
- Define and track KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and inform optimizations.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Partner with Sales and Brand teams to create B2B campaigns that promote product launches, seasonal features, and brand storytelling.
- Lead development of sales materials and branded assets for sales team and customer utilization.
- Collaborate with Creative to ensure on-brand execution across print, digital, and experiential touchpoints.
Customer Engagement & Activation
- Design and implement customer engagement initiatives and marketing support packages that help drive sell-through at key accounts.
- Design and implement event activation assets that are on-brand and effective for the team to support sampling/tasting and coffee bar set up when needed.
- Collaborate with field teams to coordinate training, tastings, and brand education events.
- Identify co-marketing and partnership opportunities with top-tier hospitality and wholesale accounts.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Innovation, and R&D to support the launch of new SKUs tailored to channel needs.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for the Wholesale and Hospitality audience in marketing and innovation planning.
- Partner with Finance and Sales to monitor ROI and budget allocation by campaign and initiative.
Insights & Optimization
- Leverage customer feedback, competitive benchmarking, and performance analytics to continuously refine marketing strategies.
- Develop scalable processes and templates to support growth across multiple geographies and account types.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in channel marketing, B2B marketing, or trade marketing, preferably in food & beverage, CPG, or hospitality.
- Demonstrated success in building and executing marketing programs that drive measurable commercial impact.
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, particularly within food service, hotel, and wholesale environments.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Creative, and Brand teams.
- Passion for coffee, sustainability, and the La Colombe mission is a must.

Compensation Range: $120,000 - $150,000, plus bonus.
