Business Process Integration Manager- Warehouse Management

Summary
The position duties are as follows: Serve as a critical player in Chobani’s ability to manage constant and innovative change within our SAP/ERP program. Advance business best practices and technical software solutions, specifically focused on disciplines of warehouse management, including inbound and outbound materials processing, inventory management, and leveraging supportive technologies such as handheld devices, automation, Internet of Things (IoT), and print-and-apply labeling.
Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Streamline warehouse management and production processes through comprehensive analysis of operational reports and utilization of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. Implement system corrections, enhancements, and strategic projects to meet production goals effectively;
- Industry Best Practices: Provide insights and input to the IT Roadmap to allow Chobani to adapt to industry best practices across various areas, including inbound/outbound processing, inventory management, logistics planning, labor management, and warehouse management key performance indicator (KPI) reporting;
- Effective Communication: Maintain clear communication with business stakeholders, generating relevant reports regarding ERP changes and organizational transitions. Develop and execute a communication strategy to prepare stakeholders for upcoming or recently implemented changes;
- ERP Enhancement Management: Co-manage the delivery of ERP enhancements across the software development lifecycle, ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time, accurately, and to business expectations. Collaborate with Functional Analysts and Developers to convey business needs during the solutioning process;
- Initiate to Analysis Leadership: Define problem statements, develop business cases, organize business rules and requirements, and model business processes in alignment with operational and production objectives;
- Technical Collaboration: Partner with technical teams during the Design Phase by translating and simplifying warehouse management process requirements into actionable plans. Create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups, collect key business data, and develop Test Approaches and Scenarios while planning solution rollout activities according to the established release cycle;
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse management processes, leveraging data analytics to drive efficiencies and enhance performance metrics;
- Training and Development: Develop training programs for warehouse staff on new technologies and processes, ensuring staff are equipped to utilize systems effectively and embrace operational changes;
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Assess risks associated with process changes and recommend mitigation strategies to minimize impact; and
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including supply chain management, finance, and operations teams, to ensure alignment of warehouse management initiatives with overall business goals.
Requirements
- The position requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Management, Manufacturing Management, a related field or foreign equivalent, plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience in any occupation where experience providing IT functional support within warehouse management, manufacturing operations, or supply chain processes was gained.
- 5 years of IT experience addressing two or more of the following process areas: Logistics Planning, Shipping and Receiving, Inventory Management/Material Handling, and Warehouse Management/Supervision;
- 5 years of SAP eWM implementation experience in an IT functional support role;
- 5 years of SAP-related experience communicating and working with senior business stakeholders;
- 5 years of WM Process Integration with MM, PP, QM and Finance;
- 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting using tools such as SAP BI, Excel, or other data visualization software, to enable decision-making and performance tracking;
- 5 years of experience with compliance standards and regulatory requirements related to warehouse operations and inventory management to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices within SAP;
- 5 years of experience using project management methodologies, including Agile or Waterfall, to lead or support SAP implementation projects; and
- 5 years of experience using automation technologies and IoT applications relevant to warehouse management to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
- Role permits full-time telecommuting. Must be available during normal business hours U.S. ET. Requires as needed (up to 50%) travel to plant locations in South Edmeston, NY, Twin Falls, ID, Philadelphia, PA and Norton Shore, MI.
- Wage Range: $184,000 - $204,000 per year

Compensation Range: $184,000.00 - $204,000.00, plus bonus.
