La Colombe is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Business Manager to join our Away from Home team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in beverage sales, particularly within the food service industry, and a passion for building positive relationships while driving profitable growth. As a Customer Business Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting, managing, and developing La Colombe’s Healthcare Business. This includes selling the full La Colombe RTD portfolio into hospitals, healthcare systems, long-term care facilities & retail services while also building strong partnerships with KDP counterparts.  The CBM will report to the Sr. Director of Brand Sales, Away From Home and will be a key member of the LC Brand Sales team.  Expected to be in the market / visiting key healthcare accounts 2-3 weeks out of the month.

Responsibilities

•    Develop and execute strategic sales plan crafted to exceed sales targets and expand market share within the healthcare space
•    Identify and prioritize new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers 
•    Lead full sales cycle from lead identification to sold, including communicating product offerings, negotiating pricing, programs, and securing commitments.
•    Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure flawless execution of sales initiatives and outstanding customer satisfaction.
•    Supervise market trends, driven activity, and customer feedback to find opportunities for creative go-to-market strategy, and experience improvement.
•    Collaborate with KDP counterparts on RTM strategies including DSD deliveries as well as broadline distribution
•    Consistently meets or exceeds segment sales & revenue forecasted goals
•    Submit weekly trackers and recaps with objectives, results, barriers, and opportunities
•    Apply strong written and verbal communication with all stakeholders regarding customer, channel, industry insights and competitive trends

Requirements

•    Bachelor's degree required
•    3-5 years’ beverage experience including a focus on foodservice accounts and distribution
•    DSD sales & marketing experience preferred
•    Experience with key healthcare GPO’s (Vizient, Premier, Morrison)
•    Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales effectively
•    Ownership Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving business growth.
•    Enjoys working in a very fast paced and evolving hyper-growth environment
•    Highly customer focused with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
•    Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and colleagues.
•    Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects against deadlines
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and specifically Microsoft PowerPoint.
•    Willingness to travel 50-70%
•    Preferred location in Midwest / Southwest

Compensation Range: $88,000.00 - $132,000.00, plus bonus.
