Summary

This role has 2 major responsibilities- Organization Change Management Lead & Creating training content and providing training to support IT solutions. 

The position will deliver OCM strategy for solution developed for Chobani business. This role will lead the OCM changes, identifying and communicating the change, for business team. This role will also work on creating training strategy to implement the change, develop training materials, plans and lead training sessions for various user groups leveraging change management best practices. The lT Trainer will participate in all projects under the direction of the PMO , while collaborating with others in IT, supply chain, finance Human Resources, and other departments throughout Chobani. 

Responsibilities

  • Define Organization change management strategy under PMO guidance 
  • Generate change readiness assessments
  • Determine learning and development requirements for the solution to train the business
  • Serve as the OCM lead for small or medium transformation initiatives
  • Lead the matrix change management teams for bigger initiatives 
  • Develop, deliver and evolve communications strategy 
  • Develop training content materials
  • Provide training on all company supported software through in-person, instructor-led classroom training, webinars, videoconferencing and one-on-one coaching
  • Collaborate with other IT staff to create and maintain a training curriculum
  • Ensure training programs are centered around the trainees needs 
  • Participate in IT Projects including reviewing the solution, creating training plans, communication plans, participating in project meetings
  • Collaborate with end users to understand unique requirements based on role
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends in training, technology, and instructional design
     

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Concentration in Technology or Business preferred
  • 3 years expertise in applying and implementing OCM disciplines 
  • 3-5 years of experience conducting training required
  • 2-4 years of experience working with an ERP system required
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, able to synthesize information and tailor communication style and content for a variety of audiences
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in CPG  is a plus
  • Experience in EnableNow is a plus
  • Travel up to 50%
