Retail Sales & Execution Intern (Summer 2022)

We’ve got an insatiable appetite for making a difference. Our Retail Sales & Execution Intern will support this vision by gaining a full understanding of our in-field presence, assessing our current sales & execution practices to suggest ways to optimize performance and participating in the analysis of data to support dashboard improvements. 
 

Responsibilities

•    Work alongside our Retail Program Manager & Retail Execution Analyst on daily tasks & customer projects
•    Understand the retail space through shadow days in the field with our Retail Sales & Execution Specialists
•    Develop, present, and analyze retailer out of stocks and/or trade promotions with the Retail Program Manager
•    Develop solutions and findings to present to our Vice President of Retail Sales & Strategy & Customer Solutions and Chief Customer Officer
•    Gain an understanding of the retail space while learning how to find solutions to continue to grow an innovative company
•    Organize and analyze data to generate insights and improvements to increase productivity
•    Develop retail materials to include training, presentations, and tools 
•    Perform ad-hoc analysis
 

Requirements

•    Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree
•    Enthusiasm to learn about Excel, Power BI, SAP, and other data analysis platforms
•    Detail oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    A self-starter with the ability to work efficiently and with minimal supervision.
•    Curious, not afraid to ask questions, and has a penchant for digging deeper to understand the why
•    Organized and has the ability to multi-task.
•    Outstanding communication and presentation skills and comfortable interacting at all levels.
