Summary
Serve as a key liaison to Chobani business partners and offer technical recommendations to improve and maintain current and future SAP software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain current and future state processes and solutions within Chobani’s SAP S/4 finance and controlling module and related cross-functional integrations;
- Responsible for governance of all SAP S/4 FICO application aspects including stability, extension, expansion, standardization, and reusability;
- Responsible for working directly with the business partners to define business requirements, provide solution options with feasibility analysis, prepare estimations, subsequently lead and execute the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process;
- Responsible for application maintenance and support for S/4 FICO areas and is expected to deliver business continuity leveraging external offshore system integration partners;
- Leverage excellent SAP S/4 FICO subject matter expertise, communication, teamwork, and governance skills to resolve challenges;
- Define, develop, and deliver business requirements in SAP S/4 Finance and Controlling module;
- Evaluate SAP S/4 standard solution components to maximize S/4 investments;
- Plan and execute projects or other initiatives associated with SAP software solutions, including the definition and delivery of application roadmaps;
- Ensure business continuity through timely resolution of the incidents and business critical enhancements; and
- Provide application governance and solution leadership within this area.
Requirements
- The position requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Accounting, a related field or foreign equivalent, plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience in any occupation where hands-on SAP configuration and design was gained. Experience must include:
- 5 years of experience with SAP Financials and Controlling business process workstreams;
- At least 1 Full Life Cycle (FLC) implementation of S/4 HANA/Fiori or at minimum 2-3 FLCs of ERP Central Component (ECC) in the modules of Finance and Controlling, Credit, Cash & Settlement Mgmt, Revenue Accounting, Accounts Receivable (FI-AR) & EDI Order & Billing Management;
- 5 years of experience with cross functional integration with Materials Management (MM), Logistics Execution (LE), Warehouse Management (WM) & Production Planning (PP-PI);
- 5 years of experience with troubleshooting and root cause analysis;
- 5 years of functional hands-on experience re-designing or recommending improvements, in Finance and Controlling, LE, EDI and cross functional integration with FI-AR, WM & PP-PI;
- 5 years of hands-on experience working with EDI Order & Billing Management & RICEFW objects;
- 5 years of hands-on experience providing techno-functional specifications and working with ABAP/Developer teams; and
- 5 years of hands-on SAP production support experience leading related collaborative teams during steady state/post go-live/strategic solutions.
- Role permits full-time telecommuting. Must be available during normal business hours U.S. ET. Requires travel approximately 1 week per quarter to Chobani manufacturing sites in South Edmeston, NY, Twin Falls, ID, Philadelphia, PA and Norton Shore, MI and corporate office in New York, NY.
- Wage Range: $187,000 - $207,000 per year

Compensation Range: $187,000.00 - $207,000.00, plus bonus.
