Summary

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Business Transformation to lead high-impact initiatives at the intersection of operational strategy, data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you will start by leading our capacity modeling capability, translate model outputs into decision-ready insights for executive leadership, and lead cross-functional partnerships across the organization to surface capacity constraints and unlock capital opportunities. This is a high-visibility role with direct influence on how we deploy resources and invest for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Set the strategic direction and oversee continuous improvement of our capacity modeling capability — including logic updates, data integrity, assumption validation, and scenario planning frameworks
  • Integrate capacity model outputs into analytical dashboards and operational reporting, ensuring stakeholders have timely, accurate, and actionable visibility
  • Embed capacity insights into recurring business cadences (planning cycles, leadership reviews) by participating in and preparing materials for existing meetings
  • Drive ad-hoc analytical workstreams that inform capital allocation decisions — from framing the problem and structuring the analysis to communicating findings and recommendations
  • Lead and set the agenda for cross-functional teams across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Commercial functions, directing efforts to identify capacity constraints, bottlenecks, and opportunities for efficiency or expansion
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executive leadership, delivering decision-ready recommendations that directly shape capital allocation and resourcing decisions
  • Develop clear, concise communication of complex quantitative analysis for multiple audiences – technical, commercial, operations, etc.
  • Lead additional business transformation projects as opportunities arise, bringing structure, analytical rigor, and cross-functional coordination to initiatives that drive operational and strategic improvement

Requirements

  • 7+ years in strategy, operations, finance, or business analytics roles, including experience leading teams and managing senior executive stakeholder relationships – background in management consulting or investment banking preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Advanced Excel skills — complex modeling, dynamic formulas, and scenario analysis (3+ years experience)
  • Deep data fluency—comfortable leveraging data to tell a story and shape decisions
  • Operational experience within a CPG, manufacturing, supply chain, or similar industry is highly preferred
  • Proven track record leading and developing cross-functional teams on high-stakes projects in fast-paced environments, with direct accountability for team output and outcomes
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate big-picture goals into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills — able to influence and build credibility with senior and C-level stakeholders, and to lead and align diverse teams around a shared agenda
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to define scope and priorities independently
  • Travel up to 25-50% required
  • Comfortable standing, walking, moving around in warehouses or manufacturing floors for long periods of time
