Summary

Define and execute a consistent Learning and Development Strategy for the Chobani Supply Chain function, across all plants, that continuously improves the skills of Supply Chain talent, while building a strong internal pipeline of future leaders, through strategic and consistent Learning and Development efforts focused on the greatest needs of the business.

Responsibilities

Supply Chain L&D Leader: 
•    Define and execute the Learning and Development Strategy across all plants (New York, Twin Falls, Michigan, Philadelphia) 
•    Provide thought-leadership and benchmark external best practices to identify the core strategies for up-skilling Supply Chain Talent 
•    Define the Chobani Standard for Operator Training 
•    Advise and collaborate with the local plant training teams, in all locations, to ensure hourly employees (operators, leads and technicians) are being properly trained (Operator Training, Maintenance Training, RCA & Troubleshooting Training, etc.) and that the training is meeting the needs of the business. This includes appropriate metric and communication of progress across all departments.
•    Build a strong internal pipeline of future supply chain leaders through structured programs aimed at improving talent readiness for expanded roles.  This includes leadership of the Supervisor Development Program across all locations (New Supervisor Onboarding, Supervisor in Training (Rotational Program), Supervisor Monthly Trainings, Supervisor Skills Assessment); as well as the creation of programs focused on the Lead Role. 
•    Identify key metrics to help prioritize and monitor critical activities, ensuring consistent and effective tracking and reporting of progress.

Chobani-Wide L&D Strategy – SME for Supply Chain Function: 
•    Serve as the lead and subject matter expert for the Supply Chain Function for the Chobani-Wide L&D Strategy as it relates to Leadership Development, Onboarding, 360 Assessments, Coaching, etc.  
•    Ensure Chobani-wide offerings will meet the needs of the Supply Chain function and program roll-out plans will work effectively within the plants. 
•    Provide specific focus and attention on the creation and execution of the Launch into Leadership Program.  
•    In collaboration with the Chobani-wide L&D Team, implement the appropriate soft-skills training for Supply Chain leaders.
 

Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree in business management, Project Management, or other applicable fields preferred
•    7-10 years of experience leading Learning and Development Strategy within a manufacturing environment  
•    Proven track record in creating, implementing, and measuring Learning and Development efforts within a manufacturing environment is preferred 
•    Proven track record in leading project teams, to work together cohesively and achieve results
•    Strong ability to work effectively within onsite and remote teams, as well as to work collaboratively with global and cross-functional teams. 
•    Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with an ability to inform, influence, convince, and persuade
•    Creative and critical thinker 
•    Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
•    Strong ability to be flexible in an ambiguous and changing environment
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•    Travel to all plant locations is required

Compensation Range: $113,600.00 - $170,400.00, plus bonus.
