Summary

The IT Business Process Manager will partner with the Order Management team and Logistics and Finance business partners to scope, co-design and deploy strategic IT solutions to meet or exceed business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the business process subject matter expert (SME) in the Order to Cash (OTC) workstream for the Order Management and Logistics community
  • Primary point of contact for Order Management & Logistics departments to scope, co-design and deploy strategic IT solutions
  • Ability to effectively maintain business partner relationships at a senior level and at an operational level
  • Seek continuous feedback on performance of technologies utilized by Order Management & Logistics departments
  • Have a complete knowledge and understanding of all business processes for Order management and Logistics group within Chobani
  • Educate business and Chobani IT on industry best practices for Order Management and Logistics area
  • Guide business on improving Chobani processes via implementation of best practices, automation and digitization
  • Be the single point of contact for the Order Management and Logistics team
  • Collaborate with the other IT functions on project prioritization
  • Prioritize and scope enhancements/projects for Order Management and Logistics dept
  • Gather business requirements and draft scope for potential solutions
  • Present the possible solutions and obtain consensus from the key stake holders 
  • Evaluate and create a plan to ensure sufficient resources for any new solution or redesign
  • Ensure that the solutions designed for the business is extendable and scalable across the Chobani’s landscape
  • Collaborate with IT technical resources on design the solution
  • Create/Review all the test scripts for project/enhancements
  • Responsible for approving training documents including work instructions are complete and incorporated into SOP’s
  • Ensure UAT has been completed and solutions delivered are performing as per the functional specs
  • Co-lead the change management effort along with business
  • Have complete understanding of data flows
  • Look for opportunities to expedite IT processes via process improvement, automation etc.
  • Act as a PM for smaller projects
     

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in IT or Assoicates Degree in IT with 5 years of experience 
  • 10 years of experience working in Order to Cash (OTC) field 
  • 5 years experience in Information Technology 
  • 2 years experience on the business side is preferred
  • 6 years experience in an Order Management and Logistics environment 
  • 2+ year of experience managing projects 
  • CPG experience 
  • Solid understanding of ERP systems such as SAP S4 
  • Knowledge of SAP S4 is preferred
  • Knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) OTC process
  • Knowledge of Transportation Management system is strongly preferred
  • Experience working with offshore 
  • Knowledge of industry best practices 
  • Knowledge of Service Now /JIRA is strongly preferred
  • APICS certification is preferred
