About the Program
The One Chobani Engineering Leadership Program is a structured, three-year program that provides high-potential engineers with a comprehensive experience across various engineering disciplines and leadership domains, such as Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Operations, and Project Management. 

About the Role
During the Leadership Development Program, you will have the opportunity to deliver impactful contributions to strategic projects through four nine-month rotations within one or more One Chobani plant locations. You will work on front-line, hands-on meaningful assignments designed to stretch your capabilities and accelerate your professional development. As part of your experience, you will receive mentorship from senior leaders, and will be supported in the development of key skills and competencies that will set you up to become a future leader within our organization.

Responsibilities

•    Engage in rotational assignments across different teams and projects to gain broad exposure to our technical operations and business needs
•    Lead and/or contribute to projects, from conception through execution, applying engineering principles and problem-solving skills to drive improvements and innovative solutions in areas such as safety, process improvement, quality, capacity, workflow, planning, and logistics.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges and improve system performance
•    Provide detailed documentation, reports, and presentations on project progress and results
•    Work closely with senior engineers, leaders and mentors and participate in regular feedback sessions to support continuous professional development
•    Attend technical training sessions and workshops focused on developing and strengthening technical, non-technical and key leadership skills and competencies
 

Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or a related field)
•    Strong foundational knowledge in engineering principles, problem-solving, and project management
•    Ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks effectively as demonstrated through academic projects, extracurricular activities, or previous work experiences
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
•    Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
•    Flexibility and openness to working in various engineering environments and adapting to changing priorities
•    Internship or co-op experience in engineering-related role(s), strongly preferred
•    Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies, preferred
•    Must be open to relocation (for a rotation or post-rotation placement) and travel to

Compensation Range: $77,000.00 - $115,000.00, plus bonus.
