Summary
The Director of Product – Manufacturing Technology will lead execution of the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for digital products and technology capabilities that support Chobani’s operations and production network. This role will partner closely with engineering, OT applications, controls and automation, operations, supply chain, quality, IT, and data teams to define, prioritize, and deliver scalable technology solutions that improve operational performance, visibility, decision-making, and user experience across the network.
This leader will serve as the bridge between operational stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring priorities are clearly defined, delivery stays aligned to business needs, and product investments translate into measurable outcomes. The role is responsible for turning operational needs into executable product plans, managing delivery across cross-functional teams, and driving adoption of plant-facing and operations-supporting technology solutions.
The ideal candidate brings strong product execution experience, a solid understanding of operations and enterprise technology, and the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, roadmaps, and delivered results.

Responsibilities
Product Execution & Roadmap Delivery
• Own execution of the product roadmap for manufacturing technology and operations-supporting digital capabilities across Chobani’s production network.
• Translate business priorities and operational needs into clear product requirements, delivery plans, and implementation priorities.
• Drive execution across the product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through implementation, rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure product work is aligned to enterprise priorities, operational goals, and long-term technology direction.
• Balance near-term business needs with scalable, sustainable product and platform decisions.
Cross-Functional Delivery
• Partner closely with OT applications, engineering, controls and automation, operations, quality, supply chain, IT, and data teams to define priorities and deliver solutions that meet user and business needs.
• Act as a key liaison between operational stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on scope, requirements, timelines, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with site and functional leaders to identify workflow pain points, improvement opportunities, and high-value technology use cases.
• Support a strong operating model between product, engineering, and operations to ensure effective planning, delivery, testing, and feedback loops.
• Work closely with engineering partners to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, supportable, and aligned with end-user needs.
Data Platform & Operational Visibility
• Help define and prioritize product capabilities that improve visibility into plant operations, equipment performance, and process outcomes.
• Partner with OT, controls, and data teams to support development of a scalable data platform for PLC, SCADA, historian, and plant-floor data that enables reliable access, contextualization, and use across applications and analytics.
• Drive requirements for products and capabilities that connect operational data to dashboards, workflows, reporting, and decision-making tools.
• Support development of product capabilities that improve the use of real-time and historical operational data across plants and business functions.
• Ensure product direction supports scalable data foundations, interoperability, and trusted operational insights.
Adoption, Governance & Continuous Improvement
• Champion adoption and effective use of plant-facing and operations-supporting technology solutions.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to product adoption, delivery performance, user satisfaction, operational impact, and business value.
• Establish and maintain processes for intake, prioritization, roadmap management, stakeholder communication, and post-launch measurement.
• Ensure products have clear ownership, support models, lifecycle planning, and prioritization frameworks.
• Drive structured feedback, iteration, and continuous improvement across the product portfolio.
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, digital transformation, technology delivery, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives, programs, or product delivery efforts.
• Strong experience partnering with operations leaders and translating business process needs into technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of technology product delivery, including roadmap development, prioritization, requirements definition, implementation, adoption, and lifecycle management.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across operations, engineering, IT, data, analytics, supply chain, quality, or related business functions.
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution in complex environments with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and enterprise-scale processes.
• Experience delivering measurable business outcomes through digital products, data platforms, or technology-enabled process improvements.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect operational opportunities to product strategy, delivery, and value realization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in product leadership for operations, supply chain, industrial, enterprise, or plant-supporting technology domains.
• Experience working in environments with complex operational workflows and frontline users.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems, industrial technologies, operational data, or connected applications.
• Experience supporting products or platforms that leverage real-time and historical operational data.
• Familiarity with data platforms, system integrations, or architectures involving PLC, SCADA, historian, or plant-floor data sources.
• Experience scaling digital products or platforms across multiple sites, teams, or business units.
• Familiarity with change management, process improvement, and user adoption practices.
• MBA or advanced degree in a related field is a plus.

The salary range for this full-time position is $154,000.00 - $286,000.00, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
