Chobani’s Manager of Sales Planning for Emerging Small Format will craft, implement, & track the Emerging Channel’s go to market direction in support of the overall company goals and initiatives. They will be a strategic partner to support effective decision-making, providing insights, intelligence, & actionable recommendations to impact the marketplace. This position will report directly to the Director of Sales Planning, and work in close partnership with Sales leadership & cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

•    Develop clear, concise, fact-based selling strategies that incorporate each brand platform & focus on 4P assessment & analysis to optimize performance across Small Format customers
•    Strategic voice of the customer team within internal forums to evaluate opportunities for growth and what is required to execute
•    Owns the definition of success within the channel by setting specific commercial KPIs for the team to deliver against that align to company performance ambition and category growth.
•    Identify opportunities to evolve and innovate in partnership (JBP) with customers (short & long term) 
•    Assist in building product development roadmaps to accelerate future growth & generate expansion (distribution, dollar sales, volume, profit) in the marketplace consistent with the unique needs of Small Format customers and their shoppers
•    Track industry, customer, category and competitive trends, strategies and behavior, and recommend solutions (via fact-based selling presentations) to create competitive advantage, add customer value and propel future growth
•    Provide key insights (using multiple sources of data: internal, syndicated, shopper) to sales teams to enhance the customer value chain capturing key takeaways specifically relevant for small format customers and their shoppers
•    Monitor & develop multi-year mix management (platform & channel) & promotional strategies to deliver company financial goals
•    Partner with internal functions such as Commercialization, NPD, Commercial Finance, Marketing to manage channel strategies from development to execution to performance tracking

Requirements

•    Bachelor's degree required
•    3+ years CPG experience
•    Proven ability to influence & navigate cross-functional relationships within a fast-paced environment
•    Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and collaborate with multiple business partners
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
•    Knowledgeable of marketplace, channel and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies
•    Willingness to travel (40%)

The salary range for this full-time position is $94,000.00 - $147,950.00, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
